1. About these terms
AFTERHOURS is operated by AWP Media LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to your use of our website and its early-access services, together with our Community & privacy information. If you do not accept these terms, do not create an account or use the account features.
AFTERHOURS helps independent and amateur creators, photographers, editors and other creative professionals connect and share links to their work. Features described as planned are not available services or promises of a delivery date.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18, meet any higher age requirement that applies to you and be legally able to use the service. Do not use someone else’s account or let someone ineligible use yours.
You may use a chosen public name. Give accurate information where needed to operate your account, protect your sign-in credentials and do not impersonate someone or misrepresent your authority to represent a group or business.
A Google sign-in, verified email, adult declaration or published profile is not verification of someone’s age, identity, health, qualifications or trustworthiness. Identity-document and bank-account collection are not available through our current account or media forms. Do not put those documents or details in your profile, photo library or messages.
3. Consent and acceptable conduct
Upload or share only content you are entitled to use. Obtain the permissions needed from everyone depicted and from relevant rights holders. Consent to being recorded is different from consent to publication, downloading, paid use or promotion. A tag, follow, message, payment or accepted connection does not establish consent.
- Consensual adult nudity is permitted, subject to applicable law, our community rules and service-provider restrictions. Everyone depicted in adult content must be at least 18 and have consented to the specific recording and use. Accepting an upload does not verify age, identity, ownership or consent.
- Do not involve minors in sexual content, exploit anyone, distribute non-consensual intimate imagery or create sexual impersonations of real people without their consent.
- Do not threaten, harass, stalk, discriminate, extort, scam, spam or expose private information without permission.
- Do not infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, evade access controls or interfere with other accounts or the service.
- Respect a person’s contact preferences, blocks and refusal to collaborate. Agree on permissions, credit, compensation and boundaries before working together.
You remain responsible for your conduct and agreements with others. A profile or image review does not certify ownership, consent or legal compliance.
4. Your work and the permission we need
You keep ownership of your content. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, process, resize, display and transmit it only as needed to operate and secure AFTERHOURS and provide the features you choose, consistent with your visibility settings.
That permission includes using service providers for those purposes and generating public profile previews or sharing cards when you choose public publication. It does not transfer ownership to us or grant permission for unrelated advertising. Private uploads do not become public just because processing finishes.
Other users do not receive a general right to sell, republish or commercially reuse your work. Sharing through the site’s public sharing features is subject to the permissions you provide and applicable rights. Do not remove attribution or imply a creator endorses you without permission.
When you remove content or restrict its visibility, our permission to display it publicly ends, subject to copies already shared, technical backup handling and retention required for security, disputes or law. Retained private records are not a permission to continue public promotion.
5. Privacy, visibility and sharing
Review your settings before saving or publishing. Public profiles, links and published public images can be seen by anyone, including search engines and social platforms. Private library photos remain account-owned; authorized staff may access material submitted for review or needed to investigate an appropriate safety or legal concern.
Profile photos and banners are public identity images. They may appear in discovery, feeds and sharing cards even when other profile information or library items are private. Choose them with that audience in mind; a private library selection does not itself publish the rest of your media.
Changing visibility or removing an image prevents future access through the relevant AFTERHOURS features. It cannot erase screenshots, downloads or copies already retained by another person or platform. External apps decide how shared captions, links and cards appear.
Messages and operational records are stored to provide the service; do not treat messaging as end-to-end encrypted or use it to send identity documents or financial credentials. See Community & privacy for the current data and visibility information.
6. Reports, removal requests and appeals
Use the report and block controls for profile concerns or unwanted contact. You can also contact info@afterhours.photos without an account about safety, consent, privacy, copyright or a moderation decision.
Include the relevant AFTERHOURS URL, a clear description of the concern, how you are affected or authorized to act, and a way to reply. For copyright concerns, identify the work and the material you believe infringes it. Do not attach suspected illegal imagery, bank details or identity-document photographs to an ordinary message.
We may restrict access, remove content or suspend an account to address reports, security concerns, violations or legal requirements. We may need more information to assess a request. Different legal notice and counter-notice requirements can apply to different claims.
If you believe a decision is mistaken, contact the same address with the affected URL, the decision and your explanation. Asking for review does not automatically restore restricted content. We may preserve relevant records and disclose information where required by law; we do not promise absolute confidentiality for a legal proceeding.
7. Fees and outside services
Current early access is free. AFTERHOURS does not currently offer checkout, paid subscriptions, tips, gifts, creator payouts or bank onboarding. Signing in does not authorize a charge.
Any future paid feature will need its own displayed pricing, eligibility, payment and cancellation terms before you use it. A roadmap or proposed commission is not a current payment offer. Our fee breakdown separates current free access from proposed creator pricing. Proposed rates and streaming allowances are not binding payment terms or an authorization to deduct charges from your earnings.
Links may take you to other platforms with their own terms, privacy practices and fees. We do not process or guarantee transactions or collaborations arranged outside AFTERHOURS. Review the destination before sharing information or paying.
8. Leaving AFTERHOURS
You may stop using the service, change profile visibility or use the account controls to deactivate your account. Deactivation hides your profile and stops participation; it does not instantly erase every message, report, backup or operational record.
For a data or deletion request, contact info@afterhours.photos. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate security, dispute or legal purposes. A request does not remove material already held by other users or external platforms.
9. Availability and your rights
Early-access features may change, fail or become unavailable. Keep your own copies of important work. We do not guarantee collaborators, audience growth, earnings or the conduct of other people and external services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional guarantees beyond those expressly stated here. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. We do not impose a mandatory arbitration clause or a class-action waiver in these early-access terms.
10. Changes and contact
We will identify revisions by an updated date and provide any notice or renewed agreement required by applicable law. New financial or content-verification features will not be treated as accepted merely because you previously created an account.
