All models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on AFTERHOURS were at least 18 years old at the time the depiction was created.
Some depictions are exempt from 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because they do not show actual sexually explicit conduct, or because another exemption applies. Where those rules do apply, the required records are kept by the custodian of records below and are available for inspection at that street address during ordinary business hours, as required by law. A post office box is not the inspection address.
AFTERHOURS is operated by AWP Media LLC as a platform. Independent creators produce the content they upload. Creators must keep any records the law requires them to keep for content they produce, and must not publish a depiction until every person in it has been identified and has consented. The operator keeps the records it receives as a platform and secondary producer, and will produce them when the law requires.
