Refunds & cancellation

What you can buy

Creators set a one-time price in US dollars for an album. There is no recurring charge and no subscription to cancel. Each creator chooses whether a purchase can be downloaded or only viewed on AFTERHOURS. The offer says which one you are buying before you pay.

When we refund

• You paid and the content was not delivered.
• The same purchase was charged more than once.
• The charge was unauthorized.
• The content was materially different from the offer you bought.

What a refund does

A refund or a chargeback ends access to that purchase, including downloads. We review billing complaints on the same 5-business-day standard as other complaints. Access is removed when the refund or chargeback is confirmed, which can be sooner.

Digital purchases that were delivered as described are not automatically refundable. This does not limit a right you have under the law that applies to you.
