How we handle it

Our standard is to resolve a complaint within 5 business days. We do not leave a complaint open longer than 7 business days.
Non-consensual intimate images are handled on Request image removal, as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours.
Illegal content, including anyone under 18, is removed as soon as it is confirmed and reported to the appropriate authority.
After a decision, use the same receipt code to appeal. A different reviewer handles the appeal when one is available. You can also ask us to refer the complaint to a neutral body where one exists for that type of complaint.

Do not upload intimate images, identity documents or payment card numbers. Send the page address and a description.
